Wooden weathervane in original salmon colored paint. Features a pierced end with geometric cutouts possibly suggesting a design of Haley's Comet. Retains its original surface, weathered and forming craquelure. As-descended condition with two tiny breaks on the arrow ends being consistent with age and use. Ca. 1900-1920. NY origin. 18"L.
