Early Pudding Stick
An early wooden pudding stick in original surface.
Made of a single body of maple wood with a lightly swelled body in both handle and thickness. Two nicely laid out lolipops serving as stirring paddles protrude either end and elevate to an iconic New England form.
Survives in a wonderfully preserved state of condition with quality patina and as-descended surface characteristics.
New England. Ca. 1800-1840. 11 7/8"L.
