A superb Victorian wall mounted letter holder in original white and blue paint decoration. 
Constructed of pine wood throughout with domed brass tacks joinery. Trellis work encompasses the entirety of its design with thin straight slats each terminating with rounded ends and lapped together with brass tacks. A vivid and charismatic painted color scheme consists of faux marble decoration in bright blue and white paint. 
Housed in an accomodating size and visually uplifting in appearance celebrating refinement and rural grounding. Remains in excellent original condition with crazing to its painted surface.
